Joel’s Place  AmeriCorps Seasons of Service, JPSOS for short, provides service opportunities for young people between the ages of 16 and 25  during the summer, fall & winter months. Joel’s Place recognizes the potential of youth to identify issues, develop projects, and provide lasting benefits to our community through service.

Our next Joel’s Place AmeriCorps Summer of Service is summer of 2010.  Seasons of Service will have two programs this winter. One program starts in September.  A second group will start in January. Members can serve through May. Members can chose a goal of 300 hours or 450 hours of community service and touch hundreds of lives in the Fairbanks North Star Borough.
